Contract Admin for JCT is an easy-to-use program for administering JCT contracts. Covering the MW98, IFC98, JCT98, MW05, IC05 and SBC05 versions.

The program generates the necessary certificates for compliance with JCT and can be used throughout the entire project. The program tracks all certificates issued, the issue dates, circulation list and certificate values. Thus providing the user or the complete overview of the current project status at any stage. Companies currently using manual carbon copy forms will save an enormous amount of time using this system.

Create PDF certificates and email to distribution lists.

All of the certificates produced by the Contract Administrator can be output in a number of formats. You can choose to print to paper using blank copy or your letterhead. We store an image of your logo in the database and this can be added to any document. This is particularly useful if you're issuing instructions or certificates via email. Alternatively you can generate PDF files for all of your instructions and certificates and to use the circulation list functionality to e-mail the PDF files as attachments directly through Microsoft Outlook with one click of a button.
