Create PDF documents and email to distribution lists.

All of the documents produced by the contract Administrator can be output in a number of formats. You can choose to print to paper using blank copy or your letterhead. We store an image of your logo in the database and this can be added to any document. This is particularly useful if you're issuing instructions or certificates via email.
A big timesaver is to generate PDF files for all of your instructions and certificates and to use the circulation list functionality to e-mail the PDF files as attachments directly through Microsoft Outlook with one click of a button. Here is a screenshot of sending the PDf files
