All of our software can be purchased by calling 020 7148 3322 using a credit or debit card (not American Express). The software can be downloaded and unlocked with the password that will be e-mailed to you. Another copy will be sent on CD-ROM.

Why do we sell our software on an annual licence

We try to provide the best value software for our users. Charging an annual licence fee as opposed to a one-off charge is the most cost effective way for us to match our revenue with our software development costs. It lowers the barrier of entry someone wants to try the software without incurring large outlay and allows us to continue to update the software and improve the user experience.

Contract Administration £85 per year.

The software is an annual subscription which includes all updates and access to our building regulations database. The cost is £85 per year and covers all updates. Thus for £85 you recieve a disk covering all building regulations documents, the Contract Administration package. Easily the best value construction software package available anywhere.

The password system will allow you to install the software on two computers therefore if you have a desktop and notebook you can install the software on both.
