When you first run the program open the "File Preferences" from the "File" menu

1. Enter your username and password.
   
2. Press  "SAVE"
   
3. Press the "Update Subscription" button.
   

1. Our server will confirm your subscription has been updated, please continue to update your company details page before using the program
