The sap software includes a photovoltaic calculation which includes system details and a very detailed calculation of the feed in tariff. All of the FIT parameters are customisable to make sure you give the customer the most accurate calculation available. All of the details from the system calculation can be automatically inserted into a quotation document which can be based upon a template containing details of the various systems installed by your company.

The software supports multiple PV system options to give the customer a comparison between different system types.

Document Templates

Quotation documents are created in the template library these can be organised to cover the various types of panels installed. Each quotation document can include system details, warranty information and pricing for accessories. The templates can then be imported with a single click into a live project.

Project Templates

If you are frequently installing the same type of panel on similar buildings you can create a default project which can be duplicated and contains all of the relevant information for calculation of the FIT and the system details to be installed.

Feed in tariff Calculation

The software gives the installer a customisable interface to adjust the government FIT rate, inflation rate, energy inflation cost, energy exports amount and the potential loss of efficiency over time. Impress your customers with an accurate calculation using BRE approved methodology.

QMS Compliance

The software records when a document is printed and to whom the document was distributed. Printing the documents to PDF to save record which can then be used as part of your quality management system compliance.

Contract Documents

Create detailed contract documents which can be reused from the template library for the customer to sign to confirm your order. The contract documents can include your terms and conditions, system details and the energy calculation  payback period. These can then be printed PDF archive and e-mailed directly to the customer if preferred.
