Complete Project

Complete Picture developed our Complete Project extranet aimed at small to medium sized projects. It provides web based project collaboration and information management stored on a centralised repository hosted at one of the UK's largest data centres.  It is intuitive and easy to use, any Internet browser allows all users to securely login and to start collaborating immediately. The application has been designed to allow members of the project team to work efficiently and minimise administrative burden.

Complete Project is not a project planning tool, there are many good project planning applications and detailed project planning is not well suited to a web browser. The system is a project collaboration solution, Complete Project offers far more than the confusion caused by a mixture of Email, Word Documents, Spreadsheets, Acrobat and CAD Files of varying formats. It concentrates on the core features required for the majority of construction projects. In brief it provides a shared task manager, calendar, discussion board and file management including version control.

We have included extensive interactive online tutorials to allow users to start collaborating with the minimum of effort.

Big project features at small project prices.

Complete Project extranet is free of charge to use for small projects lasting less than 2 months. This means you can try before you buy. To continue you pay a simple £25 monthly fee (miniumum 3 months). Please note for the free offer the storage space is limited to a maximum of 25mb and projects will be deleted after the expiry date.
