I have prepared a brief demonstration showing how you can create a risk assessment for a construction project in under three minutes. The demonstration starts by creating a new project and adding the relevant appointments to the project, for example the principal contractor using the contacts database. The demonstration then continues to show using the template library to copy default risk assessment into the project for editing and then finally producing the PDF versions of the risk assessment including company logo and signatures. These are then automatically e-mailed to the distribution list directly from the program. all of this is achieved in under three minutes,
