Micrgeneration Report Examples

The Microgeneration module produces four types of reports.

  1. The input data report which is primarily used to check data entry against your project notes
  2. The dwelling emission rate (DER) report for the building before any work is undertaken
  3. The dwelling emission rate reported after the installation of the renewable technology
  4. Lastly the Microgeneration checklist which is a comparative report highlighting the differences before and after the installation of the technology.

Here are sample copies of the reports in PDF Format.

Site Survey

The software incorporates site survey forms that are generated depending upon the type of project being undertaken.  This complements your existing quality management system as required under the Microgeneration MCS scheme by enabling you to improve your data capture when on-site.

When you have the initial enquiry from the end user it is possible to establish a few simple facts  over the telephone which will then enable you to print out the correct site survey form. Once on-site you can quickly measure the property, complete the site survey form and enter the data into the software.

By using a preprepared a survey form you can reduce data entry errors and speed up your survey. This also serves as a useful sales tool giving reassurance to the customer that you are competent and accredited installer.

Example site survey form

For example during the initial telephone conversation to arrange an appointment for a site visit you can establish.

  1. Name address property
  2. Type of existing heating system
  3. Type of house, semi-detached. bungalow etc
    Approximate age of the property
You can then create a new project and use the software to print the site survey form for data capture on site.  Please see image below to see an example of the survey form printed from software.
