The support pages for our SAP software contain everything you need to know to get started with sap calculations.  If you are using the software to view and manage the Building Regulations documents please see the section regarding the Document Manager.  The SAP software includes the Document Manager functionality.

If you have a question regarding installing the program for you have a problem with your password please see the section on installation.  If you're looking for tutorials on how to use software, the tutorial section has some interactive tutorials which will give you a broad overview of how to use the program.  If you require specific SAP help the documentation section contains a broad spectrum of documents relating to the energy assessment procedure.

If you are having a technical problem with the software please make sure you have the latest version.  This can be downloaded from the downloads page. if the problem persists please e-mail customer support (see email address in image below) who will only be too happy to help.

The current version of the software is 3.22 you can tell which version you have from the "about menu" this will display the information panel
