If you are installing the SAP software for the first time please follow the simple steps below.  You will need your username and password which you should have in an e-mail from us. When you first launch the program it checks for a valid subscription and also if the boiler database is up-to-date.  This is a requirement of the BRE to ensure everybody's using the latest information. Current version of the software displays the Gold Welcome Screen. the steps are as follows:

The welcome screen contains four buttons to launch the elements. the first time you use the program the file preferences page will be displayed for you to enter your username and password.  If you have a valid subscription the functions of the four buttons are as follows:

• Sap Calculator displays the project list
• Complete Regulations displays the building regulations document manager
• BEDF boiler update allows you to update the sap boiler database online
• About launches your browser and connect to this website.
