EPC Scotland Software Approval
The SAP Calculator version 4 has been certified on the 30/10/13 by the Energy Savings Trust for the lodgement of EPC's to the Scottish register for Energy Performance Certification (EPCs) in Scotland for new Domestic buildings.

SAP version 4 has been updated 07/09/12 to include a simplified interface for whole house calculations for large extensions.
