The energy assessment of buildings represents one of the measures the UK has introduced to measure how efficient the nation's homes and workplaces are, and recommend improvements to combat the threat of climate change. The end results of these assessments are Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).

What Schemes do Complete Picture work with?

To be able perform energy assessments it is necessary to become accredited as an Energy Assessor. Complete Picture SAP version 3.5 interfaces to the BRE OCDEA  accreditation scheme for England and Wales. For Scotland Sap calculator version 4.1 is certified with the BRE Scotland accreditation scheme which is approved by the Building Standards Division of the Scottish Government, to operate Energy Performance Certification (EPC) Schemes for New Domestic Buildings in Scotland.
