Project Extranet

Complete Picture have developed our Complete Project Extranet aimed at small to medium sized projects. The extranet is free of charge to use for small projects lasting less than 2 months. This means you can try before you buy. The system offers far more than the confusion caused by a mixture of Email, Word Documents, Spreadsheets, Acrobat and CAD Files of varying formats. It concentrates on the core features required for the majority of construction projects. Are you considering a self build project?

Research shows most self builders don't get involved in the construction side but do project manage, while about 20 per cent decide to hand the entire project over to a project manager. Our Self Build package for the project extranet includes a unique template to help you manage your build. The template has been created for one off self build projects and incorporates a set of milestones and tasks together with guidance to give you the best possible start in managing your project. Our flagship complete regulations database is used over a thousand companies across the UK construction industry. First developed over 10 years ago and pre dating the Internet this is an invaluable source of reference information for the architect and specifier. This database is now available FREE OF CHARGE (SINGLE USER ONLY) to registered users of our SAP calculation software. Please see below.

Sap Calculator

Sap Calculator 3.2 is a program for assessing heat loss in domestic buildings. The program is used at the design stage to demonstrate compliance with the energy conservation requirements of Building Regulations Approved Document L1A 2006.

The SAP Calculator comes in three versions.

Free version to check compliance with part L1 includes the Building Regulations database. You can register for the free version of the software on the registration page
SAP Designer version as above but including production of sap reports for submission to building control. The full version is also free of charge if used in conjunction with our EPC lodgement service.
SAP Energy Performance Certificates for use with NAPIT www.napit.org.uk
